Creating Consented Leads in Teams admin center

The following figure shows an example Microsoft Teams admin center displaying a customer’s list of operators.

The name of your new Operator Connect customer is derived from the name of the Microsoft 365 tenant. Before you commence the Operator Connect customer onboarding, make sure that this name is the desired one. If not, it can be changes it in the Microsoft 365 admin center (see Customizing Azure Tenant Name).
You can trigger notification of the new lead to trigger an email to the customer’s CRM each time a new customer lead is generated (see Trigger Notification Email for New Leads).
To add an operator:
1. In the Teams admin center, navigate to Voice > Operator Connect and then choose the operator to which to connect.

In example below, the customer has chosen vendor operator “AudioCodes-LiveCloud-SP2”. The customer has selected “Canada” and “United States” in the Operator Settings.
